Role Overview

BuildBuilt’s proposition of a heightened customer experience is paramount. 

BuildBuilt has created this role as an attempt at providing a memorable customer experience, quality assurance, profitability, and above all, to remain creative while building strong and secure spaces.

Each project at Build Built has a Project Quality Plan. We are committed  to be creative within spaces, and within our internal processes as well. Aside from upholding our Project Quality Plans, Project Directors will endeavour to continually satisfy our customers, and to ensure Design Associates and Project Managers are performing at optimum levels.

Objectives & Responsibilities

• Able to communicate clearly with builders and clients with confidence.

• Able to produce a bill of quotation from confirmed designs, and handle other budgetary matters pertaining to the project

• Able to collaborate with designers on site build-ability.

• Able to understand construction methods, plan sequences and comprehend material properties.

• Able to plan and strategise for projects ahead of time.

• Able to respect the given constraints and limitations of a project.

• Able to understand and sketch design/construction ideas/solutions.
