HOW BUILDBULT PROCESS WORKS
Meet & Greet
Once you’ve completed our quick questionnaire, send us your floor plans, design brief, mood boards, and any existing videos or pictures of your project site. Don’t worry if you don’t have these yet—let’s start the conversation first.
During this call, we’ll introduce you to our team, walk you through BuildBuilt’s process, and discuss your project brief to ensure alignment.
We’ll also answer any questions you have about the journey ahead.

We will arrange for your first in-studio experience as soon as possible.
We’re pitching for your project!
Our designers will showcase their expertise through a Concept Deck, along with material samples for a hands-on feel of the envisioned space.
Our project managers will outline preliminary timelines and present a detailed quotation.
We want you to understand our team’s capabilities and see the value we bring to your project.
During this session, we’ll gather your first impressions and feedback to refine the plan before we move forward.
To proceed to the next stage with BuildBuilt,
A 10% downpayment of the overall contract sum is required (depending on the complexity of the project).
This is the most collaborative stage of BuildBuilt’s design journey!
In this hands-on workshop, we refine and enhance your space with expert guidance from our Project Managers and Designers. Together, we’ll:
- Fine-tune every detail
- Make real-time adjustments to suit your style and functionality needs
- Explore your space digitally with a 3D walkthrough and our Material Library
Finalizing all project details - design, timeline, costs.
Site
Before construction begins, we’ll guide you through a mandatory on-site checklist for final approvals.
Once you hand us full access, sit back and relax while our Project Manager oversees the construction, providing regular site reports.
You can still collaborate with your designer for any final touches!
Site Works
Milestone payments will be billed accordingly.
The work is done—time to move in!
Alongside BuildBuilt’s Technical Director, Project Managers, and Designers, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything is completed to standard and your space is move-in ready.
Our support doesn’t stop here. BuildBuilt’s Service & Maintenance Team will continue to assist you as you settle into your new home.

“Came across BuildBuilt while I was searching for ID to our new home. Just like anyone else, I sent out emails and reached out to multiple ID companies way before key collection and was hoping to start planning early. Most of the ID would turn me down and suggested me to reach out to them when nearing to the key collection date.
Same goes for BuildBuilt as Farrah (our ID) reached out to me when she saw my enquire. However Farrah has been very responsible and she did her due diligence to check-in with me from time to time, which we did not see it from others. She went above and beyond by helping us with most of our purchases (suggesting colours, design, sizes) despite this is not part of her job scope.
XiWen has been a very helpful manager as she helps to reach out to vendors as and when we are looking for something unique and more importantly she has been the very important member helps our resolve any issue faced during the renovation journey.

Our specialised Commercial Team is made up of experienced senior designers and project managers with years of experience working in the commercial fit-out industry, specialising in projects like retail stores, F&B, offices and more. Rest assured that you are in good hands with us!
Can I arrange for meetings to be conducted at my office instead?
Most definitely! While we have private meeting rooms over at our studio, we are able to conduct meetings at your preferred locations and schedule.
