“Came across BuildBuilt while I was searching for ID to our new home. Just like anyone else, I sent out emails and reached out to multiple ID companies way before key collection and was hoping to start planning early. Most of the ID would turn me down and suggested me to reach out to them when nearing to the key collection date.

Same goes for BuildBuilt as Farrah (our ID) reached out to me when she saw my enquire. However Farrah has been very responsible and she did her due diligence to check-in with me from time to time, which we did not see it from others. This has created a positive impression and we decided to give it a try after key collection. Upon first meeting with them, my wife and I fell in love with their proposal!

After some considerations and we decided to go with them! The whole renovation process turned out to be very smooth and professional, with helps from our designer Farrah, and Project manager Xiwen. We are very thankful for their helps along the way, Farrah has crafted a unique and yet functional space for our family. She went above and beyond by helping us with most of our purchases (suggesting colours, design, sizes) despite this is not part of her job scope.

XiWen has been a very helpful manager as she helps to reach out to vendors as and when we are looking for something unique and more importantly she has been the very important member helps our resolve any issue faced during the renovation journey.

“We stumbled upon Build Built through a YouTube video by Home Central and were drawn to Build Built’s aesthetics and unique business model where a team of two people is assigned to each renovation project – one designer and one project manager. This made more sense to us compared to most ID firms where one person does both the design and project management, as we felt that these are two quite separate skillsets.

We worked with Keith Lam (designer) and Keith Goh (project manager). Keith Lam had great design ideas and suggestions and helped guide us through the creative process. Keith Goh was amazing as project manager – he provided regular updates and was very responsive throughout the entire process. While every renovation project is bound to have hiccups here and there and ours was no exception, Keith Goh handled every issue extremely well and left us with pretty much a stress-free renovation process.

We definitely have no hesitation in recommending Build Built to others.”

Appreciated the robust systems that BB had in place from our first contact, right up to the day of handover. A big fan of the transparency and clear communications between the team and ourselves and we love how there’s distinct roles set up between the ID and the project manager where the latter settles more technical aspects of the renovation. Overall, managed to be rather hands off which is why we chose to go ahead with an ID team
