Aside from creating spaces for PEOPLE to live in, we also love creating spaces for PEOPLE to do other {productive} stuff.
Below are some spaces that we were proud to be apart of designing, building or just exploring conceptually.
Retail
Daily&Co
Daily&Co is a Korean lifestyle concept store that boasts top brands such as Mongze, Klug, Titad, Andar and many more. The bright space at Marina Square features a quiet section for shoppers to experience their range of products from massager mats to exquisite mattresses.
Showroom, Office
Rentadella
Rentadella’s showroom is a dress lover’s haven, with an entire level dedicated to glittery dresses displayed on rose gold racks and a changing room section furnished in blush toned drapery. The full glam experience is taken up a notch at the stage, with full height mirrors showcasing all angles of their sustainable rental dresses.

Lovet Pop Up
Located in Jewel Changi, Lovet pop up store showcases the local apparel brand’s collection through a series of curved glass block walls and raw material finishes.

The Paper Bunny Store
The Paper Bunny’s retail store at Takashimaya Shopping Centre is a carefully curated space for their multiple lifestyle and design products. With a freeform island counter as a centerpiece and a carved out storefront, the brand is able to experiment with dynamic visual merchandising along with their collaborating brands.

Good Chai People
Good Chai People is a cafe along East Coast Road specialising in handmade artisanal sticky chai. Its warm terracotta interiors feature large communal tables for conversations, as well as a dedicated candle workshop and retail space for local brand Nine Wicker Ave.

All Would Envy
Local fashion brand All Would Envy’s office is a functional open-concept space designed around their frequent product shoots and livestreams. The bright space painted in their brand colours also serves as a warehouse and try-on location for their customers, with a fully equipped pantry ready for any occasions.

Kahuna Açai
An oasis in the hustle and bustle of AMK Hub, Kahuna Açai is the wellness pit stop for a dose of superfood in the form of fresh, delicious and proudly homemade açai bowls, granola, and nut butters.

BuildBuilt Workshop
The BuildBuilt Workshop is our latest addition to our existing Headquarters in same building, with an open-concept workshop space, meeting rooms and work pods for hot desking. The space is a solution for our growing team, as well as to facilitate our long-time process of collaborative design and creation with our clients and stakeholders.

Bold, boisterous and playful, Backhouse Beers is a bar specialising in authentic Australian craft beers, created for customers who wish to unwind after a hectic day.

KLARRA: OASIS IN THE CITY
Klarra’s gentle spaces, beguiling visuals, both spoken and unspoken, manages to reimagine female apparel. Decked out in cool tones and nature-inspired textures, the interiors are an antithesis to typical womenswear retail spaces.

Buttered Bread
Buttered Bread, a café, is a sister arm of Buildbuilt. Serving our customers with the best coffee and churros in town, it is a quiet, cosy yet playful space intended for tired souls who want an escape from the hustle and bustle of life.

An emerging coconut beverage brand, SuperCoco approached us to develop a fresh and calming shopfront. The carefully-tailored kiosk design sits cohesively within the parameters of the mall’s iconic retail setting whilst creating a distinctive brand statement for this modern tiki concept bar.

RE:ERTH
Re:erth and its owners had a very clear vision. The people behind Re:erth, their founders and its products resonated deeply with us. BuildBuilt was honoured to help realise their first physical manifestation of the brand’s inaugural storefront opening.

BuildBuilt’s appointment as the first ever local interior design consultancy firm for Singapore’s night race Hospitality Suites (2020 and 2021) has left us proud and grateful.

Our brief was to create a spatial concept that resonates with Klarra’s brand image - think elegant, modern silhouettes. We explored the idea of using sheer fabrics to mimic the soft flow of the feminine figure, contrasted against the rough, organic textures of stone and clay.
